Bump In / Out
Stallholders must arrive and complete bump-in within the allocated time.
Stallholders must not pack down before the official closing time without organiser approval.
Stallholder Obligations
Stallholders are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional stall throughout the event.
Stallholders must supply any additional equipment or display materials required for their stall unless otherwise specified.
Stallholders must comply with all applicable council, health, and safety regulations.
No subletting or transferring of stalls without prior written approval.
Products displayed must match those approved in the application. Significant changes require organiser approval.
Stallholders are responsible for removing all rubbish and leaving their space clean.
Cancellations & Refunds
Indoor Vendors
Cancellations made more than 21 days before the event: full refund (or administration fee if applicable).
Cancellations within 21 days: 50% of the stall fee will be forfeited.
Cancellations on the day before or the event day: no refund.
Outdoor Vendors
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will receive a credit toward a future Crows Nest Market.
Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable and no credit will be issued.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify the event due to severe weather, venue restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances. A full or partial refund, or event credit, may be offered at the organiser's discretion.
Liability & Insurance
Marquees, tables and chairs supplied by the organiser remain the organiser's property. Stallholders are responsible for any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
External exhibitors participating in the Crows Nest Market must hold valid Public Liability Insurance and provide a copy prior to the event.
Food vendors must comply with NSW Food Authority and local council requirements and provide all required permits.
Stallholders are solely responsible for the safety, quality and legality of their products.
The organiser accepts no responsibility for theft, loss, damage or injury arising from the stallholder's products, equipment or activities.
Photography & Marketing
By participating in the event, stallholders consent to photographs and videos being taken and used by the organiser for promotional and marketing purposes.
Force Majeure
The organiser is not liable for delays, cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Behaviour
Stallholders are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward visitors, organisers and fellow stallholders. The organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel any application that does not comply with these terms or is considered unsuitable for the event.
