For particularly complicated designs, highly detailed outfits, multiple accessories or poses requiring additional structural support, an additional charge may apply. I will always discuss this with you before proceeding.

For Australian orders, standard delivery generally takes approximately 2–10 business days after dispatch.
Express shipping is available at an additional cost and is highly recommended for this delicate handmade item, particularly to minimise the risk of delays or loss in transit.

Care & Handling
Although polymer clay is much more durable than edible fondant, these figures are still handcrafted miniature sculptures with delicate details.
Please handle with care, particularly around thin or protruding parts such as arms, fingers, accessories and other fine details.
The price includes secure packaging and protective wrapping. Every order is packed with the utmost care; however, due to the delicate nature of handmade sculptures, breakage can occasionally occur during transit.
In most cases, minor breakages can be repaired, and I will provide instructions to help you restore the piece.
