🔳Bump In / Out Times
Set-up (Bump In): 8:00
Pack-down (Bump Out): 4:00 pm (outdoor)
Stall holder are requested to be fully set up by: 9:00 AM
The centre car park if free for 2 hours only on Saturdays. Free street parkings are available nearby
🔳Stallholder Obligations
• Stallholders are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe space.
• Stallholders are responsible for supplying any additional equipment or display materials required for their setup.
• No subletting or transferring of stall without written consent.
• No early pack-down without organizer approval.
🔳Cancellations & Refunds
Indoor Vendors
Stall holder cancellations less than 21 days before the event will forfeit 50% of the stall fee. Cancellation the day, or the day before 100%. Organizers reserve the right to cancel the event in case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances. A full or partial refund will be provided if this occurs.
Outdoor vendors
If a cancellation is made no later than 7 day before the event, part of the payment will be credited toward a future Crows Nest Market - to fully cover the normal crows nest market, or to partially cover for curated Japanese themed event happening at the same venue. Cancelled within 7 days of the Market day require payment in full and no credit will be provided for such. Organizers reserve the right to cancel the event in case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances. A full or partial refund will be provided if this occurs.
🔳Liability & Insurance
• Marquees, tables, and chairs will be provided as specified by the organiser. Stallholders are responsible for any damage to the provided equipment and may be required to compensate for repair or replacement costs.
• External exhibitors wishing to participate in the Crows Nest Market are required to obtain their own public liability insurance for the day and must submit a copy of the certificate with their application.
• Food vendors must comply with NSW Food Authority and local council regulations and supply relevant permits.
• The event organizer is not responsible for theft, damage, or injury caused by the stallholder's products or equipment.

• Copy of Public Liability Insurance - Mandatory for outdoor stall holders
• Food Safety Certificate / Business Registration Certificate - Mandatory for food stall holders
• North Sydney Temporary food Permit - Mandatory for food stall holders
