Orer Process

ORDER PROCESS

you’re welcome to send your reference images via email after placing your order.

  1. Purchase the Relevant Product
    Please purchase the appropriate product(s) from our online shop. If you're unsure which product to choose or can't find what you're looking for, feel free to contact us directly for assistance.

  2. Provide Reference Photos
    Send us at least one close-up and one full-body photo for reference. If no photos are provided, we will create a generic figure that is not personalized.

  3. Share Your Customisation Details
    Let us know your specific requests, including product size, pose, hairstyle, clothing, skin tone, hair and eye color, and any other important details. We handcraft every part from scratch and will do our best to meet your request, though some features may have limitations.

  4. Payment
    If payment hasn’t been made through our online checkout, we will send you an invoice or guide you to complete your purchase online.

  5. Production Begins
    Once payment is confirmed, we will begin crafting your order.

  6. Review & Approval
    When your item is complete, we will send you proof images for your approval. Minor adjustments can be made at this stage.

  7. Shipping
    After you approve the final image, we will ship your order via Australia Post or Sendle, complete with a tracking number.

Shipping Process & Production Time

All our products are personalised and customised, requiring 2 to 14 days for production.

  • Please check the estimated lead time before ordering, especially if your event is within 14 days.

  • Production time varies depending on the product.

  • During peak periods or unforeseen events, production may take longer than 14 days, and we may close orders early for the month.

  • To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing your order up to 6 months in advance.

Your order will be dispatched via Australia Post or Sendle, and you will receive a tracking number once shipped.

If you want to skip the queue and get priority production, you can purchase the Priority Production option for $15.

Delivery Time & Cost

Estimated delivery times (within Australia):

  • Standard shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Express shipping: 2–3 business days

Australian Domestic Postage

Your order will be shipped as a parcel with Australia Post, and a tracking number will be provided. Postage costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on actual rates.

International Postage

International shipping uses Australia Post’s International Parcel Post service, including tracking. Costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

If your country or address isn’t recognized by our system, please contact us for a shipping quote and arrangements.

Note: Due to tax and trade regulations, we currently do not ship to the United Kingdom or Ireland.

Some countries may charge customs or tariff fees that are not included in the shipping cost. We are not responsible for any customs-related charges or delays.

Estimated delivery: Please allow up to 20 working days from dispatch confirmation. If your order hasn’t arrived after this period, contact us and we will assist.

Refunds & Returns

As all our products are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, even if breakage or loss occurs during shipping.

However, if we confirm that the fault was caused by us, we will issue a voucher to cover part of the cost.

● By sending the fund, we consider you accepted the terms and conditions. Please make sure to read it though before ordering.

●Toppers are a basic likeness to the subjects and not an exact reproduction.
● All sales are final and we do not issue refunds or exchanges.
● We do not refund or replace the order if there is any damage or a lost occurs in transition.
● Your finished topper will be dispatched well in prior before your event date, but if delivery delays for any reason, we cannot issue refunds or credit.
●Toppers are not insured during transit, and we cannot refund, replace the order.
● In the event of your product beeing damaged during transit, please report to us immediately. We will advise the best way of fixing the item temporary to make sure an event can be carried on as planned.
● Pictures of your finished toppers may be used as examples in our SNS or website without permissions.
● Any personal images or information you shared with us will not be used for promotional purpose without your permissions.
● The customer information we obtain is confidential.
