Booking & Payment Full payment is required to secure your booking. Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made up to 3 days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable, as materials and preparation will already have been arranged. Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us in advance. Event Changes In the unlikely event that the organiser needs to postpone or cancel the event, participants will be offered either a full refund or transfer to a future session. Workshop contents, artists, or activities may be adjusted slightly depending on circumstances. Participation Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience for all guests. Photography & Media Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and social media purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photos, please let our team know upon arrival.
