Our instructor has over 10 years of experience as a Japanese sweet artisan, and her beautiful skills and techniques are truly fascinating to watch.
Join us for this rare opportunity to learn the art of Japanese sweet making — or simply come along for the fun and enjoy the experience!
You’ll create three to four beautiful Japanese sweets, learning different shaping and decorative techniques, followed by a tasting session.
What you’ll do:
Roll and shape sweet bean paste.
Wrap the sweet bean filling inside the outer skin.
Learn traditional Japanese techniques to shape and decorate your sweets.

◎7 + are welcome to join with paid / unpaid adult supervision. ◎If an adult is not joining the course, please feel free to enjoy a cup of coffee and complementary Mochi Cookie at the cafe while relaxing, and supervising your child(ren).
Parents and children are welcome to choose different workshops — come together, create side by side, and enjoy your own creative experience. If parent is not joining the course, feel free to relax at the cafe while you wait.
